To receive your certificate for the recorded webinars:

1. Fill out the form to view any webinar.
2. Once you complete the form you will be able to view the webinar. At the end of the webinar a survey form will appear under the webinar title.
3. Once the post webinar survey form is complete and submitted, then you will see a button to download and print your CEU certificate.
