About the Presenter: Charlene Frizzera, Member of the Board of Advisors at RepScrubs, worked for 30 years at CMS ending her career as the CMS Acting Administrator from January 2009 – April 2010. She is currently consulting on Medicare/Medicaid/ACA issues and investing and working with early stage health care technology companies. Charlene is a member of the National Association of Public Administrators, an Alumni member of the National Association of Medicaid Directors, and an Adjunct Professor at George Washington University.
