Michelle has over 10 years of healthcare experience including admissions, OR, acute care, post-acute care, transitional care, and long term care. She also worked as a scrub nurse and circulator for the CV/Thoracic/General Team at the University of Minnesota Medical Center and is passionate about nursing, healthcare, and individuals using their strengths to support teams and realize their full potential.
