Dr. Stobinski has in excess of 25 years experience in the operating room with work roles which have included janitor, orderly, staff nurse and a variety of supervisory positions. He has 18 years of management experience in perioperative nursing and until 2011, he was the Director for Surgical Services at the Boise facility of the St. Luke’s Health System. His education includes a diploma of nursing from the Toledo Hospital School of Nursing and a BSN and MSN from East Carolina University.

Being a successful OR Manager requires different skills and expertise than you were taught in nursing school. This webinar will get you started on what you need to know to be great in this critical surgical services role. Participants will learn what skills and training should be obtained to fill the OR Manager role, what resources exist to ensure success in the role, the benefits of CCI’s surgical services management training program and how the CSSM credentialing program ultimately validates expertise in surgical services management.
