SurgCenter Development Announces First New Hampshire ASC

SurgCenter DevelopmentSurgCenter Development (SCD), a developer of ambulatory surgical centers (ASCs) throughout the United States, has announced its first New Hampshire development project of 2021 – Lighthouse Surgical Suites in Hollis, New Hampshire.

Expected to open in Spring 2021 at 2 Market Place, Suite 100, in the Hollis Village Marketplace, Lighthouse Surgical Suites will feature two operating rooms featuring state-of-the-art equipment and a trained team that includes surgeons who specialize in sports medicine, total joint replacement and general orthopedic surgery.

“SCD prides itself on being a leader in developing outpatient surgery centers designed to provide the highest quality surgical care,” said Chris Urban, Chief Development Officer for SCD. “We work hand-in-hand with surgeons to create custom facilities that offer their patients the convenience, level of service and safety they seek for their procedures to ensure the best possible outcomes, and as we enter 2021 in the midst of a global health crisis, the need has never been greater.”

The 7,630-sq.-ft. Lighthouse Surgical Suites will be SCD’s fourth development in New Hampshire.
