Pure Processing Hires New CFO

Pure Processing LLC, developer and provider of pre-cleaning stations, technologies and accessories for health care reprocessing departments, has announced the appointment of Carrie Pasinski, an experienced finance and operations leader, as chief financial officer for the company.

“The challenges of this historic COVID-19 era have reinforced the need for strong financial leadership,” said Dan Gusanders, founder and CEO of Pure Processing. “We are pleased to welcome an experienced finance innovator to steer us through the coronavirus economy and beyond. With surgeries and procedures quickly re-escalating, Carrie Pasinski’s expertise will help us achieve the financial flexibility to address the current and future needs of our instrument reprocessing customers.”

“Pure Processing has grown at a remarkable pace during the last year because of its ability to contribute to major capital hospital projects and provide cost-effective productivity enablers,” said Pasinski. “The company is adapting well to external changes such as the COVID-19 pandemic by pivoting to new opportunities such as the IAHCSMM 2020 virtual conference. Pasinski has acquired nearly three decades of experience in finance and operational management. She has led a wide range of finance functions, including accounting, asset management, forecasting, due diligence and legal processes, internal audits, business process reengineering, e-commerce, and web-based asset management programs and platforms. She also brings experience in operational functions such as recruitment, instruction/training, customer service and relationship management, and contract management and negotiation. Pasinski holds a BBA in accounting from Loyola University, Chicago, IL, and is a certified public accountant.
