In this 60-minute webinar, Quinlan raised awareness regarding the impact of disruptive behavior in the workplace. She also offered important assessment tools for distinguishing between someone who is a bully versus someone who is chronically uncivil and offered unique approaches to management.
The webinar had 73 attendees for the live presentation. A recording of the webinar is available for on-demand viewing. Attendees provided valuable feedback via a survey that included a question about the webinar series.
