Bill Palmer, formerly president of AeroMed Inc., has announced the creation of AeroMed Technologies, a new company with a new mission to meet the growing need for COVID prevention solutions.
Taking technology used in hospitals and research labs around the world and making it available for classrooms, offices, fitness centers, restaurants and other venues, AeroMed Technologies is paving the way for more accessible, affordable ways to safely operate a business during a pandemic.
Palmer, who will serve as vice president for sales and marketing, is joined by owners Cathy Thiaville (president), Joe Cattadoris (vice president for product development) and Kristen Sheppard (vice president for business operations).
AeroMed, Inc., incorporated in 1992, has provided environmental infection control products for health care and research settings in more than a dozen countries, from Asia, Africa, and Europe, to North and South America. In 2007, working with the National Institutes of Health, AeroMed installed equipment in South Korea and China, which are high burden TB countries.
