  1. Ecolab® Disinfectant 1 Wipe – wipe material is 100% plastic-free, packaging (soft-pack packaging, bucket, refill bag, canister) comprised of plastic. EPA Reg. No. 1677-263. See product label for use directions.
  2. Of the total plastic produced from disinfecting wipe canisters, 58% comes from the wipe. Calculations and reduction based on a 6” x 6.75” wipe, with 34 gsm substrate, 160 wipes per canister and combined canister and lid mass of 100g. Of the total plastic produced from disinfecting wipe refill bags, 94% comes from the wipe. Total plastic reduction of up to 97% is based on comparison to a commercially available refill bag with XL plastic wipe: 11″ x 12” size wipe, with 34 gsm substrate, 160wipes/refill bag, bag mass of 30 g.
  3. Based on DRG 2023 healthcare disinfecting wipes sales data at the individual SKU level. Multiplying the total wipes sold by SKU.
  4. An Ambulatory Surgery Center OR demonstrated a 60% reduction in the number of wipes needed vs. the market leading alcohol-based healthcare disinfectant wipe during a 4-week study. Actual results will vary based on operating conditions.
