In a newly released report from KLAS Research, a health care research firm, Surfacide UV Technology has received all “A” ratings for its Helios UV-C System. The report’s performance insights include product satisfaction, customer support, value, loyalty, culture and operations.
A sampling of organizations using Surfacide technology were surveyed, including large and small hospital health systems, academic health systems, standalone hospitals and clinics. Of those surveyed, top reasons for selecting Surfacide as their UV-C of choice were the patented triple emitter UV-C light technology, vendor support and technology/laser mapping features.
