Deborah has over 25+ years of extensive perioperative service experience in progressive leadership, management, quality and education. She is a proven leader with an intense focus on process redesign, performance improvement, resource management and relationship building. Deborah is a member of the Association of Operating Room Nurses and received her BSN from Emory University, GA and her MSN from Georgia State University.
