About the Presenter: Sharon Greene-Golden, BA, CRCST, CER, SME, FCS, Manager, Sterile Processing at Adventist HealthCare Shady Grove Medical Center. Sharon has extensive experience in healthcare, beginning as a Labor and Delivery Technician and then an Operating Room technician before transitioning to sterile processing and inventory management and serving as a CSD Manager. Sharon’s a consultant regarding sterilization processes at facilities across the U.S. and abroad and she’s participated in multiple volunteer missions to Bangladesh to treat indigent patients. Sharon is Past President of IAHCSSM and attended Southern New Hampshire University, BA , and has Fellowship Status at the International Association of Central Sterile Processing Management.
