Ray Grundman, MSN, MPA, FNP-BC, CASC, has been involved in ambulatory health care for 30 years in a variety of roles, as a clinician, administrator, educator; as a consultant practicing as a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, medical group practice administrator, and founder and Executive Director of several surgery centers. He is currently Vice President and General Manager, Ambulatory Operations and an active surveyor and member of the surveyor training faculty for AAAHC.

In this presentation Ray will help you understand the accreditation process and prepare your ASC for its next accreditation survey. This program will review compliance tips and discuss the most common challenges that ASCs encounter staying prepared for re-accreditation. This program will be helpful for both ASCs undergoing accreditation for the first time and ASCs preparing for re-accreditation.
